Mia has extensive experience across the market and helps clients understand what makes each neighbourhood unique. She can guide you on school choices, identify emerging areas, and explain the “why” behind market trends.

From lifestyle needs like churches, shopping, and outdoor activities, Mia connects you to what matters most. Many clients return to buy and sell with her and confidently refer friends and family—trust she values deeply. She is committed to supporting clients before, during, and after every purchase, always acting in their best interest.

Mia prioritizes honesty, strong values, and community responsibility, and strives to pass these on to her children. A dedicated supporter of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, she has completed fundraising treks around the world and personally raised over $30,000 for the Three Oaks Women’s Shelter. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kelsey brings a deep, well-rounded understanding of the behind-the-scenes processes and the many moving parts behind every transaction. Kelsey is the powerhouse that keeps our transactions running smoothly.

Known for her attention to detail, reliability, and proactive approach, Kelsey plays an essential role in supporting the team and ensuring every client experience is seamless from start to finish. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and getting lost in a good book whenever she can.

Meet Paige

Client Care Coordinator, The Nelles Group

Look who’s back! We are thrilled to announce that Paige has officially returned to the team.

Paige originally joined us in a “trial by fire” during the COVID market, proving she can handle the heat of any real estate climate with grace and expertise. As our in-office Administrator, she is the backbone of our daily operations and is always happy to assist our clients with any questions that pop up along the way. If you are involved with the purchase of a new Duvanco home, Paige is your main point of contact and go-to expert to ensure everything stays on track. 

Outside the office, Paige stays just as active. She spends her downtime exploring local trails and the waterfront with her Australian Shepherd, Whisky James. While surviving the COVID real estate market is impressive, anyone who has raised an Aussie puppy knows that is where her true mastery of patience and multitasking comes from! We couldn’t be happier to have her back where she belongs.
